“Sometimes the smallest things take up the most room in your heart.” — A.A. Milne

A little about me…
Hello friend, I’m so happy you’re here.
This little corner of the internet has been on my heart for a long time. A place to celebrate home, simplicity, old things, meaningful moments, and the beauty we sometimes overlook in our everyday lives.
Welcome to A Beautiful Little Life.
I have always believed that a beautiful life isn’t created by having the biggest home, the newest things, or everything perfectly put together. Some of the most beautiful moments are actually the smallest ones — morning coffee in your favorite mug, sunlight coming through the window, a candle burning at the end of a long day, or finding an old forgotten treasure and giving it a second chance.
Somewhere along the way, life became so focused on more.
More things.
More rushing.
More comparing.
More keeping up.
But I believe there is something special about slowing down.
I love homes that tell a story. The kind where everything doesn’t match perfectly, but everything has meaning. A worn wooden bowl, an old piece of furniture with scratches from years of use, a handmade quilt, a family recipe card tucked away in a drawer — those are the things that make a house feel alive.
Old things remind us that someone loved them before us.
They remind us of simpler days when things were made to last.
A Beautiful Little Life is about finding joy right where you are.
It’s about:
• creating a cozy home
• decorating with pieces that have character
• finding beauty in ordinary days
• appreciating what you already have
• bringing forgotten treasures back to life
• choosing meaningful over perfect
I hope this becomes a place where you feel inspired to slow down, create a home you love, and notice all the little moments that make life beautiful.
Because maybe the life we are searching for isn’t bigger or better.
Maybe it’s found in appreciating the beautiful little one we already have.
Welcome, friend.
I’m so glad you’re here.
— Amy
